We are looking for a reliable, committed, friendly with "can do" attitude person with bar/restaurant experience for a fast growing gastropub in Alton. We serve homemade fresh food, wines, spirits, good quality lagers and ales and some basic cocktails. We are known for best cooked food in the area. Also doing take away service.
You will need to make sure the customers leave happy, table checks are done, drinks and food are served promptly.
Other duties include: taking orders, including good communication with the chef, interacting with guests, receiving and putting away deliveries, stocking up, opening/closing tasks, carrying out daily cleaning schedule.
Flexibility regarding working hours, availability in weekdays and weekends will be required.
Working hours: from 25 to 40 hours per week, depending on the contract. The hourly rate: £10 per hour plus tips for the 18 year old and £12.21 per hour plus tips for the 21 year old and over, holiday pay and pension scheme. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Only candidates over 18 years old with previous bar/restaurant experience will be considered for this position.
