Mission description et contexte : Safran Helicopter Engines est le fabricant leader mondial de turbines pour rotorcraft. Notre site au Royaume-Uni est le European Maintenance Centre Hub pour le groupe SHE, réalisant des maintenance et réparations de niveau 1 à 3 sur des composants complexes de moteurs d'hélicoptère. Nos équipes expérimentées travaillent avec une clientèle mondiale pour apporter expertise technique et support global.
Responsibilities
* Provide the communication link between the customer and the business, ensuring that customer requirements are captured, understood and communicated to relevant stakeholders within Safran HE UK.
* Ensure that the customer receives a coordinated and timely response from the business, maintaining On Time Delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction.
* Manage a portfolio of internal and external customer accounts and act as the commercial interface for day-to-day activity related to New Production and MRO business.
* Meet customer satisfaction and internal sales targets.
* Ensure products and services meet customer requirements, quality standards and airworthiness authorities.
* Work in accordance with HSE legislation, Company OS, policies and procedures; demonstrate company values and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes.
Qualifications
* Must: Excellent attention to detail and strong English skills, written and spoken.
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage time and multiple tasks to meet deadlines; willing to put in extra hours when required.
* Friendly, hardworking with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; IT literate (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Should: Previous CSR experience with complex technical products; Excel intermediate.
* Could: Understanding of technical/engineering/supply chain issues; previous CSR experience in aerospace; experience with SAP.
* Personal attributes: Self-starter, highly self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
