The Temporary Staffing Team is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and skilled individual who can demonstrate a well-organised and proactive approach with a "can do" attitude to join our collaborative temporary staffing team, covering all temporary staffing requirements across the Kent & Medway.

You would be part of a dedicated team that makes a difference to patient care daily while assisting with the reduction in temporary staffing costs. The role is rewarding, with a supportive team dynamic, where no two days are the same. With current hybrid working in place, we work across various sites in Kent and Medway, with occasional home working opportunities.
Our service hours are currently 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but this may change to meet service needs.

Responsibilities
* To deliver timely and cost-effective temporary staffing bookings for all staff groups across the region, streamlining practices and supporting the negotiation of rates as required to provide a professional, efficient and cost-effective Collaborative Temporary Staffing Service, ensuring that all bookings comply with current booking procedures, protocols, NHS Employers requirements, NHSI requirements and best practice.
* To assist, when required, in the monitoring, collation and reporting of temporary staffing data, and to subsequently develop / amend reports in order to meet requirements.
* To develop and maintain effective professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* To effectively plan and prioritise own work and the work of the team, ensuring a proactive and cost-effective service delivery which is compliant with departmental SLAs, SOPs, policies, and NHSI requirements.
* To assist new members of the team with local induction, support, shadowing and on-the-job training.
