Psychology Graduates Wanted
If you’re a Psychology graduate who’s curious about a future in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or simply want to gain hands‑on experience supporting young people, this one’s for you.
We’re on the lookout for kind, thoughtful graduates who are ready to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Wiltshire. You don’t need bags of experience, just the right mindset, a bit of patience, and a genuine interest in SEN (Special Educational Needs). Think autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and a whole lot of 1:1 encouragement.
We find that people from Psychology backgrounds fit really well into SEN support based roles. Your understanding of behaviours and child development is a massive plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD across the school day
* Helping out with interventions and small group work
* Being that consistent, calm adult they know they can rely on
* Working alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment
What We’re Looking For:
* A Psychology degree (or relevant field)
* A calm, flexible approach. No two days are the same
* Bonus points if you’ve worked with children or adults with SEND, but not essential
* A genuine interest in helping young people thrive
