Job Title:Occupational Therapist
Location:Orchards Manor School, Norfolk, PE34 3HT
Salary:Up to £53,200 pro rata (DOE)
Basic Grade OT from £33,000+
Specialist OT from £39,500+
Highly Specialist OT from £48,000+
Hours:Part-Time up to 3 days
Contract:Permanent (term-time only or full-time options available)
About The Role
Join our in-house clinical team at Orchards Manor School, part of Options Autism, supporting pupils aged 4–16 with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, and SEMH needs. You'll deliver tailored assessments and interventions, hold your own caseload, and work alongside education staff to support pupils' independence and development.
You’ll follow OFG’s Occupational Therapy framework and receive supervision, clinical support, and CPD opportunities—including a £2,000 training allowance post-probation.
Essential
About You
Recognised OT degree, HCPC registration, RCOT membership
Strong clinical reasoning and multidisciplinary working experience
3+ years post-qualification
Knowledge of trauma-informed and neurodivergent practice
Skilled in OT assessment, planning, and intervention
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Desirable
Postgraduate training in Sensory Integration, trauma or sensory attachment
