Due to an expanding workload and continued growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join their Leicester office in a leadership capacity and become a key member of a highly skilled and supportive team. This is a customer-facing role suited to a forward-thinking individual who can work both independently and collaboratively. You will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering a variety of projects from concept through to completion, working on both new build and refurbishment schemes across a diverse portfolio, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to business growth. Projects vary in scale and value and include both new build and refurbishment schemes.
