Accounts Administrator (Part-Time) – Join Our Growing Team
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who loves keeping numbers in order and supporting business success? We're looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our accounts run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of a wide variety of accounting tasks, helping to keep everything accurate and up to date. Your role will be varied and rewarding, including:
* Processing all financial data and bookkeeping up to Trial Balance
* Preparing and posting journal entries
* Completing bank reconciliations
* VAT reporting and compliance
* Handling intercompany recharges
* Providing month-end and ad hoc management reporting
* Running payroll, including timesheets and staff expenses
* Calculating staff commissions
* Setting up authorised payments (including wages)
* Cashflow preparation and forecasting
* Working closely with Partners to ensure HMRC and other compliance obligations are met
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience in bookkeeping and financial administration
* Strong attention to detail and a love for accurate record-keeping
* Experience with payroll and VAT returns
* Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
