This role is a fantastic opportunity for a personal tax specialist ready to step into a senior leadership position with a dynamic and forward-thinking firm that combines the agility of a regional office with the resources of a national network.
The Opportunity
You will lead a varied portfolio of clients including HNWIs, business owners, partnerships, landed estates. As part of a growing tax team, you will take ownership of client relationships, oversee compliance and advisory work, and play a visible leadership role within the office.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including compliance and advisory work
* Reviewing tax returns and ensuring all filings meet current legislation
* Supporting client queries and HMRC correspondence
* Advising on matters such as residency, property, inheritance planning, and trusts (depending on experience)
* Involvement in business development and growing existing client relationships
* Mentoring and reviewing work of junior staff
* Contributing to internal initiatives and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent); QBE candidates may also be considered
* Strong personal tax compliance and advisory background within a UK accountancy firm
* Experience managing client relationships and leading a team
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Motivated, personable, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
