 
        
        My client, a leading law firm are you looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be required to go into their London office 3 days a week and the salary is up to £35,000.
In this role you will be supporting the Early Careers Recruitment Advisers and Manager through all stages of the Early Careers recruitment cycle, working effectively at all levels.
Duties will include:
 1. Assist with managing vacation scheme applications on the applicant tracking system, including monitoring online testing
 2. Reviewing vacation scheme applications
 3. Preparing slides, booking rooms and liaising with speakers for pre-vac scheme events
 4. Attending vac scheme events
 5. Managing the vac scheme candidate roster for events
 6. Assisting with assessment centres, ensuring that the day runs smoothly
 7. Producing offer and rejection letters after assessment centres when needed
 8. Organising the campus ambassador’s recruitment process
 9. Managing the relationships between campus ambassadors
 10. Supporting with the solicitor apprenticeship programme
 11. Being the first poc for future trainees
 12. Initiate and manage the screening for all future trainees
To carry out this role you must have:
 13. Professional services experience would be preferable, ideally in early careers recruitment
 14. Strong organisational and time management skills
 15. Events organisation experience would be preference
