TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our client’s operations team, responsible for mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance at a site based in Milton Keynes. * Competitive Salary – Up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience * 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays * Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings * Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out) As Multi Skilled Shift Engineer, you will: * Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara * Respond promptly to building alarms (via helpdesk or BMS) and escalating where required * Manage reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM system and meet SLA targets * Liaise closely with Supervisor, technical admin, and service delivery teams. * Escort/coordinate subcontractors during maintenance visits. * Participate in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenance.
