£30,000–£32,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission & incentives (OTE £35-40k+)

An established and growing South West business is looking for a commercially driven Sales & Customer Relationship Manager to support ambitious expansion plans. This is a proactive, relationship-led sales role focused on retaining existing customers, reactivating lapsed accounts, and driving consistent new business growth.
You’ll take ownership of a defined geographical area and play a key role in delivering significant year-on-year growth targets.
The Role
* Manage and grow an established customer portfolio
* Win back lapsed customers and secure new business opportunities
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
* Handle service challenges professionally
* Consistently achieve monthly gross margin targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management
* Resilient and confident handling objections and difficult conversations
* Proactive mindset- comfortable generating opportunities through outbound activity
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems
