Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a critical and strategic technical program. As a key member of our TPM team, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our FX payments initiative globally. This role focuses on supporting a key AI-based implementation program. Please note, this is a fully remote position and is a 6 month-contract (Inside IR35) with potential for extensions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree is a plus.
* Strong experience in technical program management, with a focus on global financial technology or FX payments being a plus.
* Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex technical programs on a global scale.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
* Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
* Exceptional professional maturity, proactiveness, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience using Atlassian suite, Smartsheet, Lucid chart, and/or Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with international payments regulations and compliance.
* Experience supporting AI implementation projects, specifically OslerAI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Leadership:
* Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global technical programs.
* Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
* Drive program level agile ceremonies (SoS, Sprint reviews, Meta Scrum, Retrospect)
* Manage sprint teams
* Create and Maintain program plan
* Oversee vendor projects to drive timely delivery within scope and budget
* Drive adherence to change management process
