Location: Chichester
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Up to £28,000 dependant on experience.
This is a 3 month FTC, with possibilities to be extended further but not guaranteed at this time.
The Role
This is a varied and integral position, supporting the preparation of quotations, management of service contracts, and day-to-day commercial administration.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients, making strong communication skills and attention to detail essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and issuing accurate quotations within agreed deadlines
* Managing and maintaining service contracts and related documentation
* Updating and maintaining customer and contract records within the CRM system
* Logging client interactions, quotations, and updates on the CRM
* Handling client enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
* Assisting with pricing, costings, and commercial data
* Ensuring records and systems are kept accurate and up to date
* Supporting contract renewals and amendments
* Monitoring deadlines and helping ensure contractual requirements are met
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role
* A proactive, self-starting approach
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
* Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is advantageous
