SEN 1 to 1 Teacher Location: Epping
Contract: Long-Term | Part-Time | Term Time Only
Roles: Temporary Long Term and Permanent Opportunities Available Sector: 1 to 1 Education (SEN Support) Are you passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? Do you have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic SEN One to One Teachers to join welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Epping. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEN
2. Delivering tailored learning activities
3. Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
4. Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCPs and support plans
5. Foster independence, confidence and positive behaviour
What We’re Looking For:
6. Experience working with children with SEN (in school or other settings)
7. A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills
9. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
10. Able to travel to Epping
11. 1 to 1 experience
12. Class teaching experience
