Life as Senior Operations Project Manager - Operations & SC This rolewill assume a critical role in shaping the operational strategies that support our commitment to excellence and innovation, bydriving major efficiency initiatives across operations, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, process optimisation, and enhanced productivity.You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. As Senior Operations Project Manager ,youwilllead the strategic planning and execution of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and drive significant efficiency improvements across our manufacturing and logistics operations. In more detail your role will include: Drive project alignment and prioritisation - Ensure that all projects align with the strategic direction of the company. Prioritise projects based on their potential impact on business objectives, resource availability, and timelines. Createaccurate and realistic budgets for all CAPEX and efficiency projects, based on detailed cost analysis and forecasting. Prepare detailed financial reports for each project, highlighting spend against budget, forecasted vs. actual ROI, and other key financial metrics. Risk management and decision making - Proactively identify potential risks and challenges across projects. Develop and implement mitigation strategies. Delivery on budget and agreed timescales - Maximise project ROI by planning investments, continuously monitoring financial performance, and adjusting the implementation plan to enhance returns. Assess the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Experience leading and implementing change programmes Operated in high growth environments. Proven track record of landing changes and improvements - specifically associated with system implementations. Provide demonstrable evidence of thriving in a teamenvironment & of building positive, productive relationships that foster teamwork andcooperation among people and groups. Flexible and adaptable and able to respond to change environments and high growth, high pressure environments. Experience in managing stakeholders. Ability to track and report issues. Experience & understanding of GMP, FDA & TGA Quality requirements.
