Job Title: SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant KS1 (Primary School)
Location: Sefton
Salary: GBP92-GBP110 per day
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
* Assist with learning, behaviour, and social development.
* Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies.
* Encourage independence and engagement in classroom activities.
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant (KS1 or primary setting experience desirable).
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Two professional references covering the last 2 years.
