Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role:
Raising PO numbers for invoices
Requesting compliance certificates from third parties, reviewing and scheduling where needed
Managing the contractors and planning in the work for the operatives
Imputing data onto the database and on to spreadsheets
Supporting the passive fire team with admin tasks
Skills needed in this Project Coordinator role:
Strong administration skills including Excel and Word
Experience managing contractors
Experience within passive fire or facilities management industry
Experience with planning and scheduling work

£38,000 - £40,000 per annum salary
