Role: Senior Delivery Lead (Program Manager)

Responsibilities:
* Drive end-to-end delivery from project initiation through production release.
* Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, integrated release planning, and agile ceremonies.
* Manage end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting.
* Align cross-platform dependencies and ensure readiness for delivery.
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Business Partners for strategic alignment.
* Track and report program metrics, risks, and delivery health.
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation within delivery teams.
* Manage external vendor relationships as applicable.
* Inform or co-develop architecture and process flows for end-to-end solutions.
* Maintain a strong understanding of technical platforms and applications.
* Facilitate technical alignment across product teams.
* Communicate effectively with third parties, technical teams, and business managers regarding solution design.
* Manage cross-platform or enterprise-scale initiatives.
* Use delivery metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
* Work effectively in a global delivery environment.
Required Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
* Proven experience managing large-scale, critical initiatives in collaboration with engineering, product, and business leaders.
* Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
* Background in software design and coding is a plus.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in the Financial Services domain, particularly Credit Card domain.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High initiative and flexibility.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information:
The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required.
