WHAT'S THE MISSION?
As an inspirational leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success, implementing strategic initiatives, conceptualising compelling window displays, and creating captivating in-store experiences. You will be at the forefront of adapting our brand to new international markets, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touch points whilst enhancing innovative experiential retail.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
Inspirational Reverse Leadership
* Adopt a reverse leadership approach inspiring continuous growth to your team through training, coaching, and frequent reviews
* Collaborate closely with other teams across the business including brand design, marketing & retail leadership
Commercial Strategy
* Develop and execute inspiring visual merchandising strategies aligned with our values and mission, as well as our experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovation
* Create and manage all budgets and timelines for your team to ensure we're as commercial as we can be
In-store Displays & Window Concepts
* Lead the conceptualisation and implementation of captivating window displays that attract and engage our customers, keeping us innovative & ahead of the curve
* Design and execute visually impactful in-store displays that enhance our product and align with our in-store experience to drive sales and inspire our customers
* Work closely with store managers to ensure consistent execution of VM standards across stores through storytelling and brand messaging
* Source and design props and visual elements that complement our brand aesthetic and enhance the overall customer experience
* Continuously refresh and evolve visual elements to maintain excitement and relevance
Experiential Retail
* Champion our experiential retail pillars to elevate the customer journey and foster brand loyalty
* Create interactive and sensory experiences for the store to create memorable moments for customers
* Continuously innovate and explore new ways to differentiate our brand through immersive retail experiences
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME?

* Ideally 5+ years experience in a Visual Merchandising leadership role within the retail industry
* Strong understanding of retail principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
* Creative flair with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
* You have the ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team to create an environment fostered by learning, growth and development
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to changing market dynamics and business needs.
* You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
* Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
* Proficiency in relevant software and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.
