About the role:
The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This role can be either short-term or on a rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process to ensure we bring in top talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious club in London and work closely with the Managing Director to attract and develop top talent in the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
* Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
* Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry platforms, to build a talent pipeline.
* Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
* Track and report recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
About you:
* Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry.
* Strong ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
* Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
* Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Data-driven with experience in tracking and optimizing recruitment processes.
