Job description We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users. By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young baby, at his family home in Swaffham. Our service user is a beautiful baby boy who relies on his care team to manage his complex care needs and clinical interventions. You'll carry out personal care, including bathing and nappy changes and support his development with engaging activities and sensory toys that he enjoys. As he can't yet vocalise his needs, it's especially important to keep a close eye on him and understand his cries and facial expressions, to ensure his needs are met promptly. During the night, you'll promote a calm environment for sleep. Should he wake overnight, you'll help him drift back to sleep by playing lullabies and providing lots of comforting cuddles.
