For our front of house operation, we are now looking for a Bar & Restaurant Hospitality Supervisor Apprentice Level 3. In this exciting and varied role, you'll develop your skills and gain valuable experience in how to motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service. We're looking for candidates with prior Hospitality experience who want to take the next step in their career into a supervisory role. Able to work under pressure, you'll learn how to independently supervise the bar and restaurant services and run shifts, ensuring that team members complete their job duties and keeping service smooth and standards high.
You will receive full training and complete a nationally recognised qualification working alongside our experienced team. We are offering a 30‑hour contact with flexible hours over a 7‑day period (some late shifts may be required). This job is not 9‑5, but offers massive rewards and developmental opportunities for the right candidate. On successful completion of the apprenticeship you'll have a strong chance of permanent employment and a long‑term opportunity to grow with them, as they always aim to promote from within the company.

Entry requirements
Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE Grade 4) are desirable; however we can provide Functional Skills as part of your development plan. Prior experience within the Hospitality sector is required for this career step into a supervisory role.

Training to be provided
You will be supported by a trainer throughout the apprenticeship. As you progress, your duties and responsibilities will change as you develop the necessary skills for a successful career in hospitality. Training will be a mix of face‑to‑face and online learning. You will gain a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship Qualification. Functional Skills in Maths and English will be provided if required.
Things to consider
Hospitality roles can be physically demanding with prolonged periods of time on your feet. This is a full‑time role requiring flexibility with hours over a 7‑day period; some late shifts may be required. Contracted hours will be 30 pw. Candidates must be 17+ due to licensing laws. Start as soon as possible.
