Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator ideally with window industry experience but not essential to join our dynamic team at Formula One Range. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and enhancing customer interactions. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

* Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, delivering timely and accurate responses via phone and email
* Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies
* Identify recurring issues and help develop solutions to enhance the overall customer experience

· General Office administration including managing an effective filing system and post;

· Manages the Input, output and updating of projects in Project Management System;

* Ensuring data accuracy in all aspects of work;
* Assist in invoicing and payments and compliance registrations
* Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed for prompt resolution

Requirements:

* Experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
* Outstanding problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
* Empathetic and patient when handling customer enquiries
* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
* Commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth
