Cyber Security Delivery Manager | Permanent | UK Remote | £50,000 p.a
Peaple Talent has partnered with a reputable consultancy in the UK to recruit a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
The client is based in the South West of England but is hiring remotely due to the client-facing nature of this role.

We are seeking a Technical Service Delivery Manager who can guide clients towards improved security practices, maximize service value, and clarify complex challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a background in cybersecurity operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a growth mindset, eager to contribute to the evolution of technical solutions and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operational engagement with clients, maintaining regular communication and service updates.
* Support the sales team in client retention and renewal of CSOC contracts.
* Investigate security events, generate incident reports, and address client concerns to reduce risks.
* Create and maintain technical documentation to improve operational workflows.
* Assist service teams in troubleshooting operational challenges.
* Support onboarding of new clients, understanding their operations and risk landscapes.
* Represent the client's voice within the business, ensuring their expectations are met.
* Contribute to customer reports, analyzing service performance, threats, investigations, SLAs, and vulnerabilities.
* Work with engineering to identify and implement service improvements.
* Provide expert guidance to optimize client service usage.
Key Experience Required:
* Strong understanding of SOC environments, SIEM, and SOAR tools for cyber threat response.
* Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent experience demonstrating technical expertise.
* Interest in current cybersecurity trends, threats, attacker techniques, and vulnerabilities.
* Knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
* Experience with Microsoft security technologies, especially Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, and Defender XDR.
