This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & qualified Workshop Controller to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists in our Birmingham branch.
Your role involves supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises, ensuring their vehicles are safely and quickly back on the road.
Our modern workshop is equipped with the latest technology and diagnostic tools, offering a bustling and dynamic environment. You will play a central role in maximizing the workshop’s profitability, productivity, and efficiency, and will make decisions regarding technician recharge and warranty opportunities.
Key to your success is your ability to ensure the workshop produces work that meets high technical and quality standards and helps us deliver excellent customer service.

* You are a qualified technician with a solid workshop background, valued for your technical knowledge across routine servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics.
* You possess a common-sense business approach, understanding what makes a workshop efficient and profitable.
* You are a people person who cares about your team and adapts your approach to individual needs.
* You are involved in all aspects of the business, with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
* You have a passion for customer service and know how to resolve issues effectively.
