Job Summary
We are looking for a personal assistant who can support a young woman with limited lower limb mobility who uses a wheelchair to get out and about. The role involves helping her achieve greater independence with activities of daily living, fostering social inclusion, and improving access to services.
Requirements
* Knowledge and experience of epilepsy care, as well as moving and handling skills.
* Provide support at the individual's home, in the local community, and during hospital appointments.
* Driver with a full clean license and access to own vehicle.
* Recent, clear enhanced DBS check.
* Evidence of current liability insurance, UTR number and ability to provide regular invoices.
* Payments will be made electronically.
