A global digital solutions company is recruiting for a ProductionTeam Leader to join their team at their state of the art facility inLutterworth (LE17 4XH) working Monday to FridayAM shifts with free onsite parking and good public transport links including a bus stop just three minutes walk away! This is a full time temporary role for 6-9 months.
Shifts Available:Monday to Friday
AM: 6am-2pm (0600-1400) - £14.06 per hour
As ProductionTeam Leader you will be working at this flagship site in an office environment reporting into the Operations Manager supervising a team of up to 20 staff. You will be supporting various large digital transformation projects on behalf of clients with your team working with confidential documents converting these into digital form!!
Your role as ProductionTeam Leader will involve the following:
* Provide direction and supervision in order to deliver production targets and achieve objectives
* Coordinate priorities, controlling workflow and ensuring business and client expectations are met
* Focus on training and mentoring the team, promoting and developing a multi skill staff base
* Complete and maintain all daily and weekly reports and logs for the team/site - using KPIs to analyse service delivery performance, identify and implement improvements
* Manage SOPs and procedures ensuring both are continuously reviewed and updated
* Research and resolve service issues and implement solutions as well as investigate and problem solve questionable data/reporting
* Supervise workloads, contribute to the setting of team targets for the site/region, and manage poor conduct where necessary
* Support the supervisory team in the recruitment of suitable high calibre, and customer service focused staff.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience as an ProductionTeam Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, Production Supervisor or similar
* Strong people management skills with a respectful management style; open minded with a modern way of thinking
* Experience in leading a multi skilled team of 20+
* Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel (in particular reporting)
* Good knowledge of compliance including GPDR, Data Protection and ISO standards with experience in supporting audits
* Customer facing with the ability to interact with all levels
* Full UK Driving License
* You must be able and willing to complete enhanced government level security clearance checks.
