We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our SaaS training solutions sales across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales of training solutions, aviation security (AVSEC) training, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy:Develop and execute a robust sales plan across both AVSEC and non‑AVSEC market verticals, ensuring consistent achievement of defined sales targets.
2. Business Development: Identify and engage high-potential clients, including C-level executives and government stakeholders.
3. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with airlines, airports, civil aviation authorities, and international regulators.
4. Bid & Tender Management: Lead proposal development aligned with regulatory and funding requirements.
5. Regulatory Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to aviation regulators, aligning our solutions with evolving compliance needs.
6. Product Expertise: Articulate the value of our SaaS and training products to diverse stakeholders.
7. Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
8. Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activity in the AVSEC training space.
9. Reporting: Deliver accurate forecasts and insights to senior leadership.

11. Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
12. It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
13. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
14. Fluency in English, and proficiency in an additional European language, would be highly desirable.
15. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
16. 5+ years of experience in training sales.
17. 5+ years in AVSEC training, with deep knowledge of industry standards and practices.
18. Proven experience working with international aviation regulators (e.g., ICAO, CAA, EASA).
19. Experience with government funding and working with government officials.
20. Background in airport screener standards, image analysis, and CBT is highly desirable.
21. Prior experience selling training software or regulatory compliance solutions is a strong plus.
Security & Compliance Requirements
22. The role holder must be able to successfully obtain a Background Check (CRC) and Counter Terrorism Check (CTC).
23. The role holder must have their identity verified and be able to prove they have the right to live and work in the UK.
24. The role holder must be able to obtain UK SC level security clearance, which includes a 10-year background check.
