As a Room Leader at Busy Bees you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. This leadership role inspires your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children and ensure their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
* Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage (Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Manager or Nursery Practitioner).
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.

Location
Camberley, Rated Good by Ofsted, capacity of 89 children. Open five days a week from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, remaining open year‑round except on bank holidays.
