Solicitor (or Equivalent) – EL/PL (Southport/Liverpool)
Location: Southport/Liverpool/Hybrid
Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing EL/PL Team.
In this role, you will work within a busy team responsible for managing a caseload of Fast Track/Multi Track cases in line with company policies and legal requirements, and assist other team members.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage cases efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Progress files in accordance with KPI targets.
* Communicate effectively with clients, experts, barristers, third-party solicitors, and insurers.
* Handle pre and post-issue procedures cost-effectively.
* Lead cases to conclusion.
* Complete actions as per Proclaim Action List promptly.
* Record time accurately.
* Maintain client files in accordance with quality standards.
* Supervise junior team members.
Candidate Requirements:
* 5+ years PQE or equivalent experience.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Fast Track caseload management; multi-track experience preferred.
* Understanding of Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules.
* Knowledge of MOJ Portal, ‘six pack’ Regulations, and relevant legislation.
* Experience in litigation, including handling cases to trial and case leadership.
* Understanding of funding, sign-ups, and case planning.
* Excellent court skills and client care skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Innovative, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
* Full Driving Licence.
