Salary: £28,000 (with flexibility up to £30,000 for the right candidate) + Annual 10% Bonus Scheme

The Role
As a Metering Data Coordinator, you'll be key to managing our metering portfolio and ensuring data accuracy across customers, suppliers, and industry partners. You'll work with metering data, solve queries, and play an important part in our Smart and AMR rollout.
Day to Day, You'll:
* Manage meter installations, exchanges, removals, and updates
* Keep industry and supplier data aligned for accurate billing
* Resolve metering and data queries with customers, suppliers, and third parties
* Support AMR and Smart meter rollout strategy
* Provide accurate reporting and maintain service levels
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills (phone & email)
* Organised with great attention to detail
* Confident problem-solver who can challenge the status quo
* Flexible, team player with a proactive approach
* MS Office skills (Excel in particular is a plus)
* Energy/operations experience would be an advantage but not essential
