Marketing Executive - Maternity Cover (18-Month FTC with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £32,000-£35,000
Location: Arundel, West Sussex - Hybrid working available
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Driving Requirement: A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the location.

A well-established and market-leading organisation is seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to join their team on an 18-month maternity cover contract. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic marketing function with a strong focus on digital marketing across international markets.
The successful candidate will support the Head of Marketing in planning and executing a broad range of marketing activities. The position offers exposure to the full marketing mix, including CRM management, social media, email campaigns, website updates, event coordination, and international marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Manage email marketing campaigns via MailChimp
Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Update and manage website content using WordPress
Organise and support trade shows, open days, and other events
Produce and proofread marketing copy
Maintain and analyse CRM data (Sage or Microsoft Dynamics)
Conduct market and competitor research
Liaise with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
Manage marketing collateral stock and orders
Process web enquiries and support SEO efforts (in collaboration with an external agency)Skills & Experience:
Essential:
Experience in a similar marketing role essential
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. MailChimp)
Skilled in social media management tools (e.g. HootSuite, Meta Ads Manager)
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Experience with WordPress CMS and Google Analytics
Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with video editing and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)Desirable:
Degree-level qualification in Marketing or a related field
Experience in international marketing
Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
