Are you passionate about swimming? Here at Oxford Leisure Community Trust our goal is to encourage active, healthy lifestyles in an environment that is safe, warm, clean, friendly and fun. We are looking to recruit a Swimming Instructor to join our team.
By following the Swim England learn to swim framework we develop confidence in all swimmers through safe, fun and progressive lessons. Many swimmers progress to compete and even represent the country.

DBS checks are provided, and you do not need to hold personal insurance as you will be covered by ours. You will be able to work across our leisure centres and access ongoing training and development.
Our in-house Aquatic Training Academy provides ongoing training through CPDs in swimming teaching, with opportunities to progress into management or other areas within the business.
All teachers receive a free centre membership, plus a membership for a friend or family member.
Serco manages these facilities on behalf of the Trust.
