The Role

Take ownership of your designated territory, driving sales performance and identifying new business opportunities

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor

Proactively generate and convert new business through farm visits, targeted outreach, and digital engagement

Deliver confident, professional demonstrations of machinery and equipment, effectively showcasing value

Provide tailored, consultative advice aligned to each customer’s operational requirements

Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and close

Oversee the valuation and resale of used equipment, ensuring strong commercial returns

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue and margin growth
