Production Operative – South Wales (Bridgend Area)
Full-time | Day & Evening Shifts | £520+ per week (40 hours)

What you’ll be doing:
6. Accurately packing coffee beans into bags and boxes
7. Applying labels and ensuring products meet quality standards
8. Operating packaging machinery safely and following health & safety protocols
9. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
10. Helping the team meet daily production targets and quality checks
11. Following strict hygiene practices within a food manufacturing setting
What we’re looking for:
12. Previous experience in food production or packing roles advantageous but not essential
13. Willingness to work shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
14. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude
15. Ability to commute to South Wales or relocate if necessary
