Curchods Estate Agents are seeking an experienced, proactive and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our online presence, enhancing brand awareness and supporting the promotion of our properties and services across multiple digital platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns and activity across the Curchods network.
Full Time and Part Time applications considered.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to supporting the Marketing Director and wider marketing team, the key responsibilities include;
Social Media
* Develop, schedule and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
* Monitor performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Content & Collateral
* Support the creation and distribution of digital marketing collateral across multiple platforms.
* Produce engaging, property-related content for use across web, email and social channels.
* Copywrite and proofread marketing material created by the department, such as advertising, articles, emails, magazines, press releases and social media content.
Website
* Assist in the management and maintenance of the company website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date and consistent.
* Assist in managing the ongoing website development and scoping.
* Engage with external agencies regarding continued website development.
SEO & PPC
* Support SEO improvements by producing optimised content, monitoring keyword performance and suggesting enhancements.
* Work with external agencies to monitor and report on PPC advertising campaigns, ensuring strong ROI.
Email Marketing
* Produce monthly newsletters and targeted email campaigns to engage customers and drive enquiries.
* Manage the digital customer journey and automated email campaigns.
* A working knowledge of HTML/CSS is desirable.
Digital Advertising
* Assist with the management of digital advertising campaigns, keeping creative and messaging up to date.
* Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Marketing Tools
* Manage and coordinate the company's print ordering system to ensure all offices are supported with branded materials.
Reporting
* Produce reports measuring the success of marketing campaigns and activity
