Key Responsibilities Assess packaged applications and Decision in Principle enquiries in line with lending policies and FCA regulations. Review lending files throughout the underwriting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Maintain accurate customer and loan data across systems and documentation. Build strong working relationships with key third-party partners including intermediaries, solicitors, and valuation panel managers. Meet performance KPIs and maintain underwriting mandate levels. Provide support to senior team members and contribute to ongoing policy and procedural improvements. Approve cases within your delegated mandate authority.
