This role is responsible for our unit dealing and Cash Allocation and Rebalance (CAAR) operations across the United Kingdom. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a growing global team. The incumbent will manage teams based in the UK and will be a key driver of our strategy for expanding our operations to support a unified global business model.

What you will be responsible for

As a Fund Order Services, Vice President you will:

1. Oversee CAAR and unit dealing services for clients in a fast paced environment across a variety of complex portfolio types, with a strong focus on risk mitigation
2. Critically assess current and future state operations, make recommendations for improvements in future state model and drive change.
3. Analyze and document business requirements in coordination with management team, clients, IT, and systems vendor
4. Maintain effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, acting as an escalation point for key stakeholders.
5. Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and controls.
6. Manage, train and develop staff, manage employee performance, complete performance reviews timely, and handle employee relations issues
7. Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, participate in individual on-going training and development
8. Make effective recommendations to hire, discipline, control work and terminate employment
9. Make effective recommendations for promotions, salary increases and bonuses
10. Other projects or tasks as assigned

12. Experience within the fund trading industry is preferred

Education & Preferred Qualifications

13. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
14. 10+ years’ experience
