The ideal candidate will align with the Malvern Wells Vision and utilise the Malvern Wells Teaching and Learning Rubric to deliver high quality teaching and learning. The successful applicant will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the National Curriculum and teach the Malvern Wells curriculum, providing a broad, balanced, and relevant education for all pupils. A commitment to fostering an independent, yet collaborative learning atmosphere is essential, promoting varied teaching styles tailored to all learning needs. In addition to maintaining an engaging and well-ordered classroom, candidates will be responsible for planning, delivering, evaluating, assessing and recording each area of the curriculum. Beyond the classroom the candidate will participate actively in school life, reinforcing a welcoming ethos, upholding high standards of behaviour, and contributing to professional development processes.
