A bit about the role...

The Evaluation Manager role is part of an ambitious team of 17 economists, researchers, market analysts, and geospatial experts, delivering high quality research and analysis to help the agency deliver social and economic impact.

Playing a crucial part in supporting this wider analytical function, the role will be focused on embedding evaluation research within Homes England decision making and strategy development, including through:

* Delivery of the agency's ambitious evaluation programme, which seeks to evidence the impact the agency has and learn lessons for improving future delivery;
* Delivery of in-depth evaluative research and analysis on a broad range of topics for delivery teams and to inform strategy development;
* Supporting the procurement and contract management of major research and analysis studies, including programme and scheme evaluations and other research studies.

The role will support the wider team to complete their outputs to the highest standard, working collaboratively and supportively across the wider Research, Economics and Geospatial (REG) function, as a critical friend to strategic research and analysis.
