Business Development Manager – South Yorkshire
I’m working with a small, family-owned and run business within the hair industry who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to look after and grow their South Yorkshire territory.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-led sales and wants to represent a business where values, trust, and long-term partnerships genuinely matter.
Territory
The role will cover South Yorkshire, including:
Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Wakefield
Day to day, you will be
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing your own territory, with a strong focus on:
* Growing existing salon accounts
* Developing new business across the region
* Building genuine, long-term relationships with salon owners and managers
* Planning and managing your own diary
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers
This is a field-based role with plenty of autonomy and support.

Ideally, they’d like someone who:
* Comes from a hair or salon background, or
* Has a strong sales background with a genuine interest in the industry
* You’ll be personable, organised, and confident in building relationships.
* Attitude, approach, and cultural fit are just as important as experience.
