Support Worker – Rhondda Cynon Taff £14.50-£15.25 p/h Are you compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a real difference in people’s lives? Our growing care agency is looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Rhondda Cynon Taff! As a Support Worker, you will: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks, using a person-centred approach to ensure their needs are met Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation Help clients maintain their independence and well-being by supporting them in community activities and appointments Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques, ensuring their safety and dignity at all times Support individuals who may display challenging behaviour, responding calmly and effectively to ensure a safe and positive environment Support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations, promoting a sense of purpose and fulfilment Requirements: At least 6 months UK based experience in care and support work Driving license and access to vehicle – preferred A caring, patient, and reliable attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note: We do not offer sponsorship Proven experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour Ability to manage situations confidently using de-escalation techniques Understanding of positive behaviour support and person-centred care About the Company Completely Care is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the health & social care, education, and childcare sectors.
