We're looking for a Vehicle Technician / Junior Mechanic with 1–2 years' workshop experience to join our long-established, independent garage in Kent. This is a rare opportunity to earn strong money, receive ongoing training, and enjoy an excellent work–life balance with no weekend work.

Our services include vehicle servicing, MOT preparation, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs, offering technicians varied, steady work in a supportive environment — without main dealer pressure.
What's on Offer
* Basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
* Monthly bonus £200–£400
* OTE up to £39,000
* Monday–Wednesday: 8:00am–5:30pm
* Thursday & Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm (early finish)
* No weekends

Your Role
As a Junior Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you will:
* Carry out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
* Assist with mechanical and electrical repairs
* Perform MOT preparation, inspections, and safety checks
* Diagnose faults using workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
* Road-test vehicles after repairs
* Maintain accurate service and repair records
* Work closely with the service advisor and workshop team
* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician, Junior Mechanic, or Service Technician
* Good understanding of vehicle servicing and basic diagnostics
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Passion for quality workmanship
* Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
