Floor Layer Required – Epsom – £25 per Hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Layer for a project based in Epsom.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work on a student accommodation project, working in a stable, site-based role.
Job Details:
1. Location: Epsom
2. Rate: £25 per hour
3. Hours: 40 hours per week (8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday)
4. Start: Immediate
5. Trial: 3-day paid trial (full pay)
6. Duration: Ongoing work available following successful trial
7. Role Type: Static site position
Responsibilities:
8. Installation of click-lock and interlock floating flooring
9. Ensuring high-quality finishes across all units
10. Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
11. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
14. Proven experience as a floor layer
15. Experience installing click-lock / floating flooring systems
16. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
