Job Title: Lettings Negotiator Location: Birmingham City Centre Hybrid - 2/3 days per week Basic Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm Weekends : None A very well-established property business with a large and varied residential portfolio, now seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator (who ideally has Reapit experinece) to join their lettings team. The role delivers a let-only service, working closely with Asset Managers to progress properties from instruction through to move-in, with no ongoing property management.
