Our client is a new venture searching for a dynamic Registered Manager to help shape their vision and lead their operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something special as they expand throughout 2025.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will draw upon your extensive experience as a Registered Manager within Childrens Services to guide and mentor their dedicated team. You will create a nurturing, family-oriented environment where young residents can thrive. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards, and promoting an enriching, educational atmosphere for children.
The Offer:
Prepare to be rewarded for your skills and dedication! Our competitive salary ranges from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. But that’s just the beginning!

What We Seek:
To excel in this role, you should have:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve it)
* At least two years of experience in children’s residential care within the past five years, and one year in a supervisory capacity
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* An excellent understanding of safeguarding practices
