Summary of the Role
As Senior Content Producer, you will help shape our world-class agenda and lead speaker logistics from start to finish. You will design sessions, ensure the agenda covers diverse perspectives, and manage speaker onboarding and communications, ensuring all materials are accurate and on-brand across platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and tech teams to deliver a polished, on-brand event experience in Amsterdam.
You’ll actively manage speaker acquisition and onboarding, build and maintain a speaker pipeline, and coordinate with stage managers, AV/tech teams, and the event logistics group to ensure smooth execution. You should be a strong writer and communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, and ready to take responsibility for delivering a high-quality speaker experience.

* Stay up to date on major European healthcare trends, debates, funding rounds and political developments; research topics as needed.
* Write clear, creative, engaging session titles and descriptions and revise them as the landscape evolves.
* Contribute to balancing serious issues with engaging formats—panels, keynotes, spotlights, fireside chats, debates, and more.
* Upload the agenda to the website and ensure accuracy on the site and the app.
* Review incoming speaker applications and research new voices to suggest for each session; aim for senior-level speakers where appropriate.
* Actively reach out and secure high-quality speakers across the ecosystem in collaboration with the Head of Strategy & Content; note that HLTH does not pay speakers to speak.
* Maintain an up-to-date speaker pipeline and contribute to speaker selection and tracking decisions.
* Ensure the agenda covers a wide range of geographies and care settings, including patient voices and underrepresented communities.
* Help select participants for the HLTH Europe startup pitch competition.
* Onboard all 400+ speakers using HLTH.hub and maintain accurate records; send calendar invites for all sessions and collect presentations in time for the event; coordinate speaker gifts with logistics.
* Lead regular speaker communications, ensuring speakers are well-prepared before and during the event; schedule and lead session prep calls for 100+ sessions; manage the speakers inbox and content-related questions.
* Work with marketing to ensure content-related marketing materials are correct across platforms; coordinate with creative and tech teams to ensure speaker assets are accurate on-site and virtually.
* Coordinate final speaker updates, replacements, and offboarding; work with AV/tech teams to ensure smooth session execution; collaborate with stage managers for seamless operations.
