Bilston | Independent Renal Care Provider | Monday–Saturday (Day Shifts)
The Medical People is proud to be partnering with a leading independent kidney care provider to recruit an experienced Clinic Manager for a busy dialysis clinic in Bilston.
Our client delivers life-saving renal care to over 2,000 patients across England and Wales and works in close partnership with the National Health Service. The Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will:
•\tLead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of nurses and support staff
•\tOversee all clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of the clinic
•\tEnsure an exceptional, patient-centred dialysis experience
•\tLiaise with NHS Trusts and regulatory bodies including the Care Quality Commission
•\tDrive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with governance frameworks (including KLoE)
•\tSupport onboarding, training, and professional development
•\tBuild strong patient relationships and effectively manage feedback and concerns

️ About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:\t
•\tFull NMC registration\t
•\tExperience in clinical leadership within an outpatient haemodialysis setting\t
•\tRegistration as a Manager with CQC (or willingness to obtain)\t
•\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills\t
•\tA hands-on, values-driven leadership style\t
•\tA proactive and solution-focused approach\t
•\tExcellent organisational and operational management skills\t
•\tEvidence of continued professional development (renal care experience highly desirable)
