What you’ll be doing… Analyse, configure, and maintain HR systems to meet business needs Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for resolutions Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support decision-making Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing Provide training and ongoing support to HR users on system functionalities Ensure compliance with data protection policies and maintain data integrity Working pattern: Monday to Friday | Hybrid working 37.5 hours per week What can you bring? Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Knowledge of data protection legislation (GDPR)
