Lead the culinary guest experience at InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa as our Food & Beverage Manager. You will be responsible for managing restaurant and bar operations, optimizing service delivery, and enhancing guest satisfaction through hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
* Direct, coach, and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
* Deliver exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and exceeding them.
* Manage food and beverage standards to uphold responsible business practices.
* Collaborate with the finance team to set, monitor, and refine budgets and drive revenue.
* Oversee multiple outlets, kitchens, banquet, and convention facilities, managing managers and supervisors.
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
* At least 4 years of experience, including management roles.
* Fluency in the local language.
* Necessary certifications or permits as required by local authorities.
